VFW District 9 is hosting a Voice of Democracy and Patriots Pen Banquet Before the Peoria Riverman Hockey Game. Afterwards you can enjoy the game and some pizza which is included in your ticket price. The winner of the District 9 Voice of Democracy will have the honor of reading their speech on center ice in between one of the 3 periods of the game.
